OUR STRUCTURE
Transact is pleased to announce that on the 1st of May 2024 it joined forces with Ryan Specialty.
Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN) is a leading international specialty insurance firm which provides specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents and carriers.
Transact falls within Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers International, a managing underwriter with delegated authority from insurance carriers. Ryan Specialty provides distribution, underwriting, product development, administration and risk management services.
As a part of Ryan Specialty, we access the benefit of their experience which allows us to focus on servicing our clients’ needs better.
We have authority from multiple regulated insurance capacity providers to issue policies on their behalf. This enables for larger limits of coverage than what could be provided on a stand-alone basis. All of our capacity carry Standard & Poor’s financial strength ratings of “A (Strong)” or higher.
CLAIMS
Our products focus on providing security. Claim handling is a key component of any insurance service and one we strive to make as hassle-free as possible. Through Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers International Limited we provide a professional and dedicated claim-handling division.
